We know mindfulness and meditation seem like buzzwords these days. At Woodhull Wellness we use compassion-based meditation as a tool to empower people to cultivate the productive, energizing lives they deserve.

Our MICROMEDITATION™ Method was founded on the belief that meditation can take place in one breath or one minute of thoughtful breathing and/or concentration.

We are reframing the understanding of meditation! Meditation does not have to be sitting on a cushion for 20 minutes each morning. It can be as simple as one thoughtful breath.

Hi! I’m Molly woodhull

I believe employees deserve to feel cared for and supported to grow personally and professionally within their organizations. Face-to-face learning encounters are aimed at fostering spiritual wellbeing, connectedness amongst peers and mental health in the corporate and private spheres.

Since the beginning of my wellness practice, I have received a bachelor's of science from the University of Denver, teacher certification from Duke University The Center from Koru Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Training, Compassion and Cultivation training from Stanford University, and a YNG + iLAB: Innovation and Disruption from Harvard University.
